Job Description
The Palletizing Operator is responsible for monitoring and operating robotic palletizing
equipment to ensure efficient production and warehouse workflow. Key duties include
maintaining adequate inventory of pallets, slip sheets, labels, and stretch wrap, as well as
conducting quality checks to confirm that finished pallets are properly stacked, securely
wrapped, and accurately labeled. This position requires consistent reliability, strong attention
to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive environment in a fastpaced
setting.
Operate automated palletizing equipment to stack finished chip cases according to load
specifications
Monitor palletizer performance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
Ensure proper case alignment, stacking patterns, and shrink-wrapping for stability and
safety
Perform changeovers between product types and pallet configurations
Use ERP software to record pallet counts and batch numbers
Scan and label pallets for inventory tracking and shipment readiness
Communicate with warehouse to ensure real-time data accuracy
Inspect finished pallets for correct labeling, packaging integrity, and load stability
Follow GMP, HACCP, and OSHA protocols
Maintain cleanliness and organization of palletizing area and equipment
Use forklifts to transfer finished goods to staging or storage areas
Coordinate with packaging, warehouse, and shipping teams to meet production and
delivery schedules
Ensure all tasks are performed safely according to safety protocols
Perform other duties as necessary or requested
