Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Pay: $65,000 – $75,000 per year
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As a Human Resources Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of Human Resources, Safety, and Operational Support to keep a diverse workforce safe and compliant. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and department managers across warehouse, delivery, and administrative teams to deliver results that make a difference.
What You’ll Do:
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Manage onboarding processes, including employment documentation, I-9 compliance, and personnel records.
- Lead company safety initiatives and maintain compliance with OSHA standards and injury reporting.
- Monitor company fleet compliance, including registrations, driver qualification records, and maintenance coordination.
- Coordinate regulatory programs such as DOT drug and alcohol testing and return-to-work processes.
- Support employee relations, performance management, and the consistent application of company policies.
- Investigate workplace incidents and coordinate workers’ compensation claims using root-cause analysis.
- Partner with supervisors across warehouse and sales teams to support hiring and workforce planning.
- Review operational expenses related to fleet, equipment, and facility safety improvements.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Safety, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 1–5 years of experience in HR, operations, logistics, or safety/compliance roles.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills suited for a fast-paced operational environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS or operational tracking systems.
- The physical ability to walk through warehouse and operational areas as part of safety inspections.
