Pay: $16.27 - $24.07 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Remote-Hybrid after training)

As an Accounts Payable Processor, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily financial operations by managing high-volume invoice processing. You’ll work closely with the Accounting Department to deliver results that make a difference.
What You’ll Do:
As an Accounts Payable Processor, you will be responsible for:
- Process accounts payable invoices using the CINC centralized web database system.
- Evaluate invoices based on specific program rules to determine if they should be paid or rejected.
- Communicate directly with sites and providers to explain payment actions or rejection reasons.
- Collaborate with the AP Coordinator to resolve problem invoices and determine the correct course of action.
- Maintain and update the provider database with current vendor and contract information.
- Cross-train within other accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll, to ensure department stability.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- One year of experience in Accounts Payable and general bookkeeping.
- High proficiency in Excel, computerized accounting systems, and web-based databases.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to working in a confidential setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality.
- Ability to navigate the internet and perform technical tasks like copy/pasting and data entry with ease.
