Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Break at 9:30 AM; Lunch at 12:00 PM)

As a Production Worker, you’ll play a key role in the craftsmanship and assembly of high-quality products. You’ll work closely with the production department to deliver results that make a difference.
What You’ll Do:
As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Perform various labor tasks essential to the manufacturing process, including sanding, painting, and carpentry.
- Utilize manual and motorized carpentry tools to shape and assemble various components.
- Work with fiberglass and resins to ensure structural integrity and a high-quality finish.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace while handling chemicals and materials according to safety protocols.
- Wear required personal protective equipment, including respirators and N95 masks, which requires successful fit testing.
- Execute repetitive movements and stand for long periods on a cement floor.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Experience in labor, production, or manufacturing settings.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and physical examination.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Tolerance for working in environments with dust, odors, and industrial chemicals.
