Assess graduates/former trainee's placement readiness, provide appropriate referrals and accompanying support services in accordance with DOL, Center, and ResCare requirements
Ensures timely placement and retention of assigned graduates and former enrollees in quality jobs, the military, or further education and training opportunities
Promotes job development through direct contact with employers, One-Stops, JTPA, and State Employment Agencies
Other duties as assignedQualifications
Bachelor' Degree required
One year experience in sales, marketing or counseling related services and four years of experience working with youth ages 16-24
Current valid Driver's LicenseAdditional Information
