Planning and Organizing Activities: Develop and implement a variety of recreational and educational activities tailored to the interests and abilities of residents. 

Encouraging Participation: Motivate residents to participate in activities and ensure they feel engaged and fulfilled. 

Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of activities, including move-in activities and follow-up on outstanding tasks. 

Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers and other staff to ensure residents receive high-quality care and support. 

Community Engagement: Utilize community resources and entertainers to schedule events and activities.
