Sea Chambers Motel, Inc. dba Sea Chambers Motel located in Ogunquit, ME in York County: Temporary, Full-time, 04/01/2026-11/15/2026; (14) Openings. 40 hours p/week, 5 days per week, days may vary, 8:00am to 4pm. Will train to perform a combination of cleaning duties which includes making beds, replenishing linens and toiletry items, cleaning guest rooms and common areas, sweeping and vacuuming floors, dusting, emptying trash from rooms and cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms.  Rooms are cleaned according to company standards.   $18.49 p/hour or $27.74 p/hour for overtime as it may be available.  No education or prior work experience is required.  On-the-job training is provided.  Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period.  Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer.  The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.  Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 p/day during travel to a maximum of $68 p/day with receipts. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.  Employer will use a single work week for computing wages starting Sunday at 12:01 am and ending Saturday at 11:59 pm and the employee will be paid on Thursday (weekly) by company check.  H-2B workers will be provided with reimbursement by company check during the first workweek for visa, visa processing and related costs, except passport costs.  All deductions required by law will be deducted weekly.  Lodging may be available through the employer.  If housing is provided by employer, employee cost for housing is $135 p/week and is paid directly by employee to employer weekly.
