The curriculum includes a wide selection of electives, enhancing job marketability by focusing on in-demand skills and the use of AI technologies like ChatGPT and Google Gemini for HR tasks. Key study areas encompass recruitment and selection, emphasizing job analysis, sourcing, selection methods, and legal hiring practices. Training and development sections teach effective program design, implementation, and evaluation, while compensation and benefits courses cover salary structures, incentives, and legal compliance.
Employee relations, performance management, and strategic HR management are core components, addressing labor relations, conflict resolution, performance standards, and the alignment of HR strategies with business goals. Electives may explore diversity and inclusion, HR technology, and international HR management, reflecting current workforce and workplace trends.
The curriculum also considers ethical HR issues and the global impact on HR practices. With a focus on practical application, students engage in case studies and projects, preparing them to apply HR theories in real-world scenarios.
