Description
This comprehensive course will explore the fundamental aspects of customer service, including its value for businesses. It will cover topics such as company brand and culture, quality customer service, the impact of poor customer service, product and service knowledge, features and benefits, and product knowledge concerning customer service.
Additionally, the course will focus on understanding the customer, effectively connecting with customers, identifying customer needs and interests, active listening, and confirming customer needs.
It will also address customer loyalty and personalized service, providing comprehensive solutions and add-on services, overcoming objections, processing transactions, handling cash transactions, making correct changes, and dealing with debit, credit, and mobile payments. Non-verbal communication, managing multiple customers, addressing customer complaints, exchanges, and returns, employability attributes, and professionalism will also be covered.
Foundational knowledge, communication styles, workplace professionalism, teamwork, problem-solving, goal development, technology, and time management will also be covered.
At the end of the course, students will address job search strategies, crafting a compelling resume, using online job applications, excelling in interviews, skill development, utilizing feedback, building a career in retail, and personal career planning.
