Description
The CNA program at Penobscot Job Corps offers students the opportunity to learn a variety of skills that are necessary in the Healthcare Field. Students will participate in classroom, lab and clinical experiences gain experience and work towards completion of the course. Upon successful completion of the required skills, students will test to become Board Certified by the State of Maine and work as a Certified CNA.
Job Corps is a no-cost education and vocational training program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor that helps young people ages 16-24 improve the quality of their lives by empowering them to get great jobs and become independent.
