Description
Computer Support Specialist Micro-credential Pilot began in partnership with the Lumina Foundation and UMS and other WIOA partners. The pilot has been extended until December of 2021.
Level 1 is an introduction and foundation which includes Academic Prerequisites as needed, Workplace Employability Skills, Digital Literacy (IC3 Certification).
Level 2 is Training and Practice and demonstrates workplace/employ ability competencies, CompTIA A+ Certification, and secured applied learning opportunity, Level 3 is Applied Learning feedback which
may include Internships, jobs, work-based learning, experiential learning, apprenticeships, TestOut PC Pro.
