Description
This program prepares you for the PMP® (Project
Management Professional) Certification Exam and/or
the CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)
Exam. This program is designed to prepare you for
roles that focus on Project Management. Process
Improvement electives such as TQM, Lean
Manufacturing, Six
Sigma, Agile, Scrum, Kaizen, and others will round off your educational experience. With
a focus on Project Management, you will also learn how to navigate, view, create and
manage information within a departmental and enterprise-level system including how to
manage assigned tasks, product structures and changes, and how to effectively plan and
create project management strategies.
The core coursework will focus on Project Management Professional (PMP)® or Certified Associate in Project Management
(CAPM)® Certification Prep & Exam.
