Description
This 10-week program prepares students for entry level positions in the healthcare industry. Courses cover a variety of topics specific to healthcare including career skills for healthcare, math for healthcare, basic anatomy, electronic health record, medical terminology, First Aid/CPR, HIPPA, immunization techniques, as well as clinicals exposing students to phlebotomy, labs, appropriate hygiene procedures, and vital signs. The curriculum will give information about and prepare students for career pathways to CNA, LPN, RN, MLT, and non direct service positions in the industry.
