RiseUp - Retail Fundamentals & Customer Service course offered in conjunction with National Retail Federation (NRF) and Retail Association of Maine, this 50-hour, intensive training program will result in Nationally-recognized industry certifications in Retail Fundamentals and Customer Sales & Service from NRF.
Maine WorkReady and Digital Literacy can both be added to this programming for additional certificates.
