Description
All employees represent their financial institution, whether on the front line or in the back office. Some employees are in the position to be the first person a customer sees – the face of the organization. Other employees deal with customers on the phone or email. All customer contact is critical to an organization’s success with its customers and members. Your Role as a Professional Banker is part of the industry-recognized Foundations in Banking Certificate. This course, which is taught on a volunteer basis by professionals from our local banking industry, covers several points to becoming a successful and valued employee at your financial institution.
