Description
Schaff Yoga Therapy offers a 40-hour Warm Water Yoga Teacher Training Program for certified 200(+) hour yoga teachers. This program has been created and is taught by International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) certified yoga therapist Terry Roth Schaff.
It is registered with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and recognized by the national Arthritis Foundation.
Graduates will be able to have their classes listed on the national Arthritis Foundation website which has approved this program for people living with arthritis.
Participants receive mentoring in how to set up a warm water yoga program in their community both financially and with promotional materials.
Schaff Yoga Therapy is committed to working with underserved population, and has a long history of working with families living below the poverty line, women in need to help give them the tools to thrive and become financially independent, and at-risk children.
This work has historically been funded by the City of Hudson, NY, Columbia/Greene County Mental Health Services and federal grants through Catholic Charities.
