Description
CNAs are caregivers who provide patients with assistance in their daily living activities and basic needs. They also help patients feel safe and comfortable throughout their hospital stay. As direct caregivers, they spend most of their time assisting patients. Their duties are assigned by a registered professional nurse.
This is a class, laboratory, and clinical component course that will prepare the student to take the Maine State Board of Nursing (MSBoN) CNA examination.
