Description
This course gives you a basic understanding of your automobile as well as providing a launching pad to careers or further study at a community college level.
We will cover the following topics, aligned to ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) standards: Foundation & Safety, Basic Engine & Automotive Transmission Fundamentals/Service, Steering System and Suspension, and Brakes.
Safety is covered in first two weeks. Applied learning will occur in the shop on a demo vehicle.
