Description
Enterprise Management and Operation, General. New Ventures TM (Now called Venturing Forth: Business Planning) An instructional program that provides hands-on instruction in the development of a written business plan for a self-employment venture. The Course covers all aspects of business management for start-up operations, including market feasibility, financial statements,with an emphasis on cash flow and break-even, personal and operational management and organizational structure. Students practice entrepreneurial skills such as risk management, problem-solving, innovation and goal-setting and present a written plan at the end of the course.
