Description
This program is designed to meet the needs of entry level office jobs.
A participant may elect to enroll in a complementary Medical Administrative program.
We offer an instructional program that prepares individuals to perform the duties of general or medical administrative assistants and/or secretaries.
General office skills include: instruction in communications, principles of business law, computer skills and data entry, office machines operation and maintenance, office procedures, public relations, secretarial accounting, filing systems and records management, and report preparation.
Medical Office includes: HIPAA, scheduling,
Ethics, insurance forms, billing and coding.
