Description
Health Aide. Any of a group of instructional programs that prepare individuals to perform routine care and assistance duties for patients, under the direct supervision of other health care professionals, and/or to perform routine maintenance and general assistance duties in health care laboratories. It is an expanded CNA credential that meets the needs of private employers. Those include a CNA certification, a 20 hour computer training,a 60 hour work readiness skills component, OHSA 10 certification and CPR/FirstAid certification.
