Job Description
BlueTriton Brands/Poland Spring is looking for Yard Utility Drivers at our Kingfield, Maine facility. Limited openings available for this highly sought after position.
New Pay and Sign on Bonus

GREAT PAY - Starting pay rate $25 and overtime after 40 hours worked
FAST INCREASES - After 90 and 180 days
$1500 SIGN ON BONUS - After 90 days of employment

Compensation breakdown
Pay: $25.00 – 27.00 / hour
50 cent increases after 90 and 180 days upon successful review
Shift differential paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule
12 hour shift, rotating shift, full-time, 6:00 pm to 6:00 am
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Operate a yard truck accurately and efficiently to move trailers from the yard to a shipping door for shipment
+ Operate a forklift to perform shipping / receiving activities in a fast paced environment
+ Dock Coordinator duties as needed
+ Managing minute-to-minute shipping / receiving activities
+ Prioritize and organize workload using software, communication, and time management skills
+ Work self-directed and with minimal supervision to accomplish daily tasks and drive operational results
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
Qualifications
Qualifications
+ Current and valid CDL A Driver’s License with clean driving record
+ Minimum 2 years driving experience
+ Prior warehouse experience preferred
+ Exposure to warehouse inventory scanners and basic equipment maintenance preferred
+ Experience working in a team environment with good communication skills
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus
+ Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs without assistance
+ Able to sit for long periods of time and drive backwards as needed
+ Ability to operate Industrial equipment
