About The Role
The Digital and Technology Global Lead will coordinate multiple teams of technology professionals and projects focusing on information systems activities, including design, development, and administration of applications or operation of voice, network, server, and desktop environments. This leader will provide mentorship and direction to Digital & Technology business units in designing and maintaining effective and efficient programs and developing strategies and roadmaps for business applications for all business applications support. You will ensure that operational compliance is well-managed and meets service-level standards while serving as a liaison to business units as needed.
What You’ll Do
+ Maintain professional contacts with other organizations, research institutions, service providers, and software or equipment manufacturers concerning support and lifecycle management.
+ Direct the continuing review of present systems and methods, as well as the formulation of new and revised systems; resolve appropriate changes to effect improvements, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
+ Plan, implement, and control multiple digital & technology projects. Ensure that project plans are implemented within cost and time constraints. Report project performance and status to upper management.
+ Work with the business and other technology partners to discuss and understand the implications of digital & technology initiatives for their department.
+ Keep tabs on technological changes and innovations in the information systems field.
+ Be responsible for controls and governance of technology platform as well as ownership of policies and procedures and audit engagements.
+ Assist with sales pursuits as needed, to help pursuit teams understand technology offerings, options, and risks/costs.
+ Approve subordinate’s recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action, and termination.
+ Monitor appropriate staffing levels and reports on utilization and deployment of human resources.
What You’ll Need
+ Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university.
+ Minimum of eight to twelve years of related experience.
+ Minimum five years of experience at the management level.
+ Capacity to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents.
+ Capability to respond effectively to the most critical issues.
+ Skill in writing reports, manuals, speeches, and articles using a distinctive style.
+ Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management, and/or public groups.
+ Aptitude to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take the desired action.
+ Capability to analyze the most complex business/financial data, build innovative solutions, and develop and implement budgetary policies and procedures.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
