Email Me Similar Jobs Email Me This Job Spurwink’s SHIFA Team is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated team player to join our team to support data collection processes. Our SHIFA team works with immigrant and refugee children and their families utilizing the evidence-based model of Trauma Systems Therapy. The Data Outcomes Analyst will be supporting our multi-cultural team with collecting and inputting data into systems, supporting team members with due dates for data collection, providing administrative support to team members with data collection tools. + Monitor, oversea, and troubleshoot the pragmatics of data collection activities at sites.
+ Oversee/facilitate/provide support and instruction to sites regarding data collection processes.
+ Administer data collection protocols, including assessments and measures to clients, families, and staff involved in outcome & evaluation efforts.
+ Manage relationship and evaluation processes with contracted team at the Refugee Trauma and Resilience Center at Boston Children’s Hospital.
+ Participate in efforts to implement improved forms of data collection; prepare evaluation progress reports and present data findings verbally to internal and external audiences.
+ Handle employee and client information with strict confidentiality in accordance with the agency’s policies and HIPAA.
+ Mastery with Excel and web-based data collection tools such as Research Electronic Data Capture (RedCap).
+ Manage grant specific federal government data bases including SPARS, the National Outcome Management System and Infrastructure Development Mental Health Prevention and Promotion.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required. Prior work with Word, Excel and relational database software, particularly experience with Access database (query & report design and data entry).
