Implementation Manager – EdCast – United States

The Implementation Manager will work with our newest customers, ensuring successful configuration of the LXP platform with its related auxiliary support modules for our customers. The primary objective is to facilitate customers through the product configuration, integration, and customer training required to onboard new customers to the EdCast platform. To accomplish this, the Implementation Manager conducts requirements workshops with customers to optimize alignment of the solution to product functionality, and also facilitates configuration and training sessions to assist the customer through the implementation of the system.
In this role you will….
+ Manage customer stakeholders through the implementation process.
+ Escalate and coordinate any issues and risks associated with the project scope.
+ Facilitate configuration workshops to optimize the customer solution in the platform
+ Conduct customer training sessions to teach them how to operate and maintain the platform
+ Collaborate with other required EdCast teams and partners where required to support project requirements.
+ Create and maintain required implementation artifacts including a configuration workbook.
+ Demonstrate an expert level of knowledge over all EdCast products.
+ Follow the established policies, procedures and processes outlined for successful client implementation.
+ Consistently achieve performance goals month over month.
You’ve got what it takes if you have…
+ Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience
+ 3 + years of experience implementing SaaS platforms – learning technology platforms desired
+ Understand SSO and other authentication methods.
+ Understand API and CSV integrations.
+ Knowledge of AICC and SCORM standards, a plus
+ Knowledge of learning/training technologies, such as an LMS and LXP, a plus
+ Knowledge of Project Management for enterprise software implementations including but not limited to building and managing project plans, risk mitigation and other standard project management disciplines.
+ Successfully organizing your work and schedules for maximum efficiency.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within an organization from customer project team members to senior customer stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
+ Consideration for privacy and security obligations
