This is a high-visibility position with many moving parts. So, we need a marketing and comms expert who lives for strategy and execution, can confidently sell their ideas, is constantly curious and looking for innovative ways to connect with an incredibly diverse group people around the world.

Your mission:

+ Turn staff into enthusiastic, authentic advocates of our brand by creating communications that bring their stories to life and reinforce our culture.

+ With a focus on our brand, develop and implement internal comms ranging from complex, multi-channel plans to straightforward emails and digital posts.

+ Develop and execute innovative, creative ways to engage and educate staff about our brand, company news, and other info in coordination with the overall communications strategy.

+ Create innovative ways to reward and recognize staff for their great work.

+ Lead creative brainstorming sessions for new projects and provide constructive feedback on creative work for compelling, engaging comms.

+ Write and edit company-wide comms to staff, including on behalf of senior execs.

+ Work closely with our Social Media and Web teams to ensure consistency.

+ Effectively report results and make data-driven recommendations.

+ Help other departments solve comms challenges as a bona fide expert.

+ Lead, support, and guide team members on their projects.

+ Create a culture of belonging on your team where staff can grow and flourish.

Your qualifications, skills, and abilities:

+ Bachelors degree required (Bonus points for business, marketing, comms, or journalism disciplines).

+ Minimum of 8 years of successful, relevant marketing and comms experience with at least 3-5 years leading a comms team.

+ Experience operating with skill and finesse in a large, complex, global business.

+ Proven history as a savvy, smart, efficient, fast-working, results-oriented, creative leader.

+ Demonstrated track record of planning and leading marketing programs/campaigns from initial brief to success.

+ Passion for all things marketing and comms, both traditional and digital.

+ Exceptional project management skills and the ability to complete multiple complex projects on time.

+ Stellar writing skills, including the ability to write persuasive and compelling content for many different audiences and in different voices.

+ Serious storytelling skills

+ The ability to establish and grow strong, productive relationships with diverse colleagues across the globe and collaborate to achieve goals.

+ The ability to lead cross-functional, non-hierarchical teams.

+ Analytical and strategic mindset.

+ The ability to move fast and hit hard with both deliverables and results.
