Job description:

This is professional services work in conducting On site regulatory observation and verification of devices and equipment used in licensed facilities in the State of Maine. Receive and process patron complaint and alleged violations of laws, rules and internal controls. Process self-exclusion request from the public.

Knowledge, skills and abilities of the ideal applicant:

+ Knowledge of laws, rules and internal controls related to casino gambling in Maine

+ Ability to plan and organize work independently

+ Ability to establish operational priorities, procedures and quality assurance mechanisms

+ Ability to label, record and inspect slot machines

+ Ability to record and monitor table game activity for compliance

+ Ability to exercise sound judgement in order to maintain consistency in appraising situations and making decisions and/or recommendations

Minimum qualifications:

+ High School diploma, Preference may be given to applicants with Casino experience.

+ The successful applicant will be required to pass an intensive background check including a fingerprint based criminal records check.
