Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES This position requires a dependable, trustworthy self-starter with office experience. Performs administrative duties to support the team and basic bookkeeping, ensuring accurate and timely work. Duties and Responsibilities pertain to multiple clients and include but is not limited to: Administrative • Meet and greet clients, suppliers etc. using a professional and courteous manner • Answer phone and take detailed written messages • Log in jobs as received • Maintain Filing System • Inventory office supplies for re-order and prepare purchase orders • Set up client work, tax and general files • Mail, posting postage expenses • Maintain Contact lists • Reply to general information requests with accurate information • Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and accounting software to prepare documents • Sort incoming mail, deliveries etc. to appropriate staff member • Assist with Marketing • Maintain confidentiality and security for all client information • Data Entry/Light Bookkeeping **** Background check is required.
