Job Title: Customer Support
Pay: $25 - $26 per hour
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

As a Customer Support, you’ll play a key role in nurturing relationships with customers!
What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Support you will be responsible for:
- Communicating effectively regarding product availability, programs, and pricing.
- Collaborating closely with Sales team members.
- Reviewing orders for accuracy and completeness, entering unit, accessory, and parts orders into the system.
- Coordinating with multiple departments in collaboration.
- Answering customer calls and providing backup to other Account Managers as needed.
- Resolving account and shipping issues to ensure timely deliveries.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with inventory and sales software is essential.
- Strong keyboard and data entry skills.
- A strong sense of urgency, especially in answering calls and emails

Location & Schedule:
