Job Description

Provides end user support for personal computer hardware and software systems, which includes installation, modifications and repairs. Provides technical assistance and training to system users. Provides support to the bank and its users in a on call rotation. This includes the nightly update process as well as user support. Serves as backup operator for statement and mail processing. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Associates degree (A. A.) in computer science or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive experience working with Microsoft products including but not limited to Microsoft windows, outlook, and a comprehensive understanding of windows server and windows operating systems
