Production Manager- Dry Baking Mix

Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented associate experienced in food manufacturing to lead our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scone mix production, receiving, shipping, and maintenance of machines and facilities. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of our talented manufacturing team to make and bag scone mix.
• Clean and sanitize manufacturing facilities daily.
• Maintain a tidy interior of our facility as outlined in our food safety guidelines.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring all packages are accounted for.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock.
• Operate pallet jacks to move materials safely within the facility.
• Perform order picking and packing tasks as needed to fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational processes.
• Conduct basic math calculations to ensure accurate inventory counts and order processing.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required, ensuring proper handling of goods.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately under pressure.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing tasks.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods while performing job duties.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.

• Serve Safe Certification/ PCQI Certified
• Management Experience

Pay commensurate with experience.
