Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help drive team success by coordinating the flow of orders and enhancing the daily operations of our dynamic warehouse environment. You will collaborate closely with management and warehouse staff to deliver outstanding service that impacts our customers every day.
What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer emails and inquiries.
- Accurately entering and processing customer orders in the system.
- Coordinating with warehouse staff to maintain order accuracy and ensure timely shipping.
- Communicating effectively with drivers and assisting with incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintaining organized and accurate records of orders and customer interactions.
- Assisting with additional administrative or operational tasks as needed.
What You’ll Bring:

- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and email.
- A professional, reliable, and adaptable demeanor.
- The ability to comfortably walk and stand throughout the day in a warehouse setting.
