Job Description
Essential Functions- Provide tree and shrub services to residential properties on an assigned route, working independently.
- Apply insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides using hand-held and powered equipment.
- Inspect and evaluate properties to identify pests, diseases, and plant health issues, and recommend corrective measures.
- Interact with clients to address concerns and promote additional services when appropriate.
- Document services accurately using handheld technology.
- Load, unload, and maintain equipment; follow all safety protocols.
- Comply with company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Operate company vehicles safely and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Participate in training, assist other departments as needed, and maintain reliable attendance, including occasional overtime or weekend work.
