Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Laborer to join our team.
In this role, you will assist in various production tasks, including preparing and
pouring concrete, repairing pallets, and maintaining a clean and safe work
environment.
This position requires early morning starts, physical strength, and attention to
detail. If you are a dependable team player with a strong work ethic, we encourage

Key Responsibilities:
• Be ready to start work at 4:00 AM or 6:00 AM daily, depending on the location
and demand, with availability to work 40+ hours per week.
• Work on the production line performing tasks such as repairing pallets,
housekeeping, and general labor.
• Prepare concrete forms for pouring, pour and trowel concrete, and strip
finished products.
• Clean, oil, and load concrete forms.
• Operate a variety of tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for production.
• Use step stools, ladders, and scaffolds safely to perform tasks.
• Conduct post-pour inspections, including verifying concrete finish and hook
placement.
• Cut and bend rebar to specified shapes and dimensions for the precast
department.
• Learn and operate plant equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Complete and review daily vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Production Supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety rules and guidelines.
