Job Description
Prepare and present authentic Thai dishes under the supervision of the head chef, including appetizers, soups, and main courses, according to traditional Thai recipes. Prepare meats, soups, sauces, vegetables and other foods prior to cooking. Assist the head chef to create seasonal and specialty menus. Ensure that kitchen equipment is properly used, maintained, and cleaned regularly. Estimate food consumption for requisition of supplies. Source high-quality ingredients and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years experience in the same position as a Thai Chef.
