We are currently seeking an experienced Development Director to join our team. The Development Director is a leadership level position responsible for overseeing all aspects of fundraising within the organization. This role requires strategic thinking and leadership skills to drive the agency’s fundraising efforts.
Responsibilities Include:

Developing and executing a strategic fundraising plan that supports the agency’s mission and goals.

Leading and managing the development and marketing team, providing guidance and support to staff members.
- Engaging with the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership to align fundraising strategies with organizational priorities.

- Overseeing major gift solicitations and ensuring proper stewardship of donors.

- Monitoring fundraising trends and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize revenue.
