Job Description
1. Employee Onboarding & Orientation:- Conduct new employee orientation sessions to introduce company policies, procedures, culture, and expectations.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by providing essential resources, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Develop and deliver training programs on company policies, workplace ethics, customer service, technical skills, and other job-related topics.
- Utilize various training methods, including workshops, presentations, online modules, and hands-on activities.
- Assess employee training needs and customize programs accordingly.
- Ensure that all employees have active certifications required for their roles.
- Monitor certification expiration dates and coordinate renewal training for employees.
- Enroll new employees in required certification programs if they do not already possess the necessary credentials.
- Work with third-party certification providers to facilitate employee training and testing.
- Educate employees on workplace safety, compliance, and legal policies.
- Ensure employees understand HR policies, benefits, and performance expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.

- Maintain training records
- Work with Administrator to align training programs with business goals.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions

Ensure all new hires meet compliance requirements (background checks, licensing, etc.)
Provide HR support for resolving field staff issues related to assignments, schedules, or conflicts.
8. Culture &Engagement:-
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture for internal teams and contract staff.

Support retention initiatives through employee recognition, feedback programs, and consistent communication.

Conduct internal trainings on topics like harassment prevention, performance management, or company values.
