Earthwork Foreman

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Manage, supervise, and direct daily activities of the earthwork crew

· Lay out jobs according to plans and specifications

· Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards

· Maintain clear communication with office staff, project managers, and subcontractors

· Operate and oversee use of heavy equipment as needed

· Track and report on labor, materials, and equipment usage
