Job Title: Production Associate - $18/hr! Urgently Hiring

Pay: $18/hr Starting

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday Various Times

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Production Associate for a temp-to-hire position for our client, a small, family-run food manufacturing company located in Rockport, ME. The Production Associate will assist in creating high-quality, organic food products. The Production Associate will thrive in this position by demonstrating reliability, physical stamina, and a strong sense of teamwork. This is a year-round, full-time opportunity located in Rockport, Maine.

As a Production Associate you will be responsible for:

• Supporting production by operating equipment and performing manual labor tasks

• Cutting and packaging products in compliance with food safety and quality standards

• Performing daily sanitation and end-of-day cleanup duties

• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

• Following safety guidelines and helping maintain a clean, organized workspace

• Using basic math for production measurements and documentation

• Lifting up to 30 lbs and staying on your feet throughout the workday

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Experience in production, food manufacturing, or physical labor (preferred but not required)

• The ability to work independently or as part of a team

• A dependable and punctual nature with schedule flexibility

• A positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to grow within the company

• Reliable transportation to the Rockport, ME facility

• Physical ability to lift 25–30 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
