Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual with drive and determination to manage an existing loan portfolio meeting the needs of the customer and ensuring the quality of credit. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining commercial banking relationships within the Bank’s market area by developing commercial loan prospects, generating loans, referral leads, and other sources to include Small Business, Commercial & Industrial, Commercial Real Estate, and Construction Financing, as well as making referrals to other banking services. The candidate will be responsible for working with commercial borrowers to gain an understanding of their business opportunities, collecting and evaluating financial and related loan data, and working closely with the commercial loan underwriting department which assists in analyzing loan requests to determine the credit worthiness of the borrower. Preparing loan proposals to originate, process, and make loan recommendations within lending, management and/or Board of Trustees, authority as required.
