Job Description
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related
- Proven experience in data analysis, data storytelling, and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex
- Experience with chat and IVR technology solutions is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead data-driven
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Experienced in data visualization and data quires.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning techniques for data analysis.
