Job Title: Sales Representative – Urgently Hiring
Pay: $20/hr DOE + commission
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Sales Representative for a full-time, temp-to-hire position for our client, a well-established and innovative commercial printing company located in Auburn, ME. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing both new and existing client relationships. The Sales Representative will excel by offering tailored print solutions, guiding customers through specifications, pricing, and timelines, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a field-based sales position located in Auburn, ME, with travel required for client meetings and industry events.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively generating new business leads and converting them into long-term clients
  • Managing and growing relationships with current clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction
  • Promoting the company’s capabilities in offset and digital printing for books, magazines, catalogs, brochures, direct mail, and corporate collateral
  • Collaborating with estimating and production teams to develop competitive proposals and ensure project feasibility
  • Attending client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to build brand awareness
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM software, including client communications, quotes, and project status updates
  • Staying informed on industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings to remain competitive

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in printing, marketing, or similar industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits
  • Physical ability to attend off-site events and trade shows as needed
