We're seeking a motivated and team focused individual to join us as a Market Supervisor for our Mid-Coast branches!
This role reports up to our Market Manager for our Mid-Coast branches, and you'll help with the overall supervision of our branch teams, as well as the sales, customer service and operational performance of the branches.
This position would also involve accepting and processing daily customer transactions, helping to meet the financial needs of new and existing customers, and identifying opportunities to develop customer relationships for all bank business lines.
Additionally, you'll accept and process consumer loan applications, depending on branch needs, and refer mortgage opportunities to our branch lender.

This position would include required travel between our three Mid-Coast branches- in Topsham, Cooks’ Corner in Brunswick, and Maine Street in Brunswick.

Our Candidate Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Consumer lending experience preferred
- Cash handling experience
- Team leadership experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Engaged interactions with internal/external customers including problem resolution
- Willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable
- Saturday morning availability required
Working Conditions:
Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards.
Physical effort required; lifting up to 35 lbs.; reaching, twisting, bending, pushing and pulling; standing for extended periods of time; freedom of movement on a regular basis; handling of materials and supplies.
