Full-time, potential Direct Hire opportunity for a Benefits Specialist!
This role is crucial in supporting our Client’s HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various HR disciplines, including payroll and benefits administration.
Duties:
- Assist with all aspects of benefits administration – new enrollments, terminations, ACA eligibility, resolving discrepancies with carriers and payroll, and answering benefit-related questions
- Process monthly billings from insurance providers-review for accuracy, codes, and advances for payment; process changes within deadlines
- Assist with processing employee terminations and evaluations
- Conduct exit and stay interviews
- Provide turnover and retention statistics
- Assist with Unemployment claims
- Manage employee recognition programs
- Assist with policy reviews and edits
- Other HR related duties
$25 – $27/hr., DOE; Full benefit package offered upon hire
Requirements
5 yrs in Human Resources, with benefits administration experience needed. Working knowledge of MS Office, strong communication skills; Associates degree preferred
