Full-time, potential Direct Hire opportunity for a Benefits Specialist!

This role is crucial in supporting our Client’s HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various HR disciplines, including payroll and benefits administration.

Duties:

  • Assist with all aspects of benefits administration – new enrollments, terminations, ACA eligibility, resolving discrepancies with carriers and payroll, and answering benefit-related questions
  • Process monthly billings from insurance providers-review for accuracy, codes, and advances for payment; process changes within deadlines
  • Assist with processing employee terminations and evaluations
  • Conduct exit and stay interviews
  • Provide turnover and retention statistics
  • Assist with Unemployment claims
  • Manage employee recognition programs
  • Assist with policy reviews and edits
  • Other HR related duties

$25 – $27/hr., DOE; Full benefit package offered upon hire

Requirements
5 yrs in Human Resources, with benefits administration experience needed. Working knowledge of MS Office, strong communication skills; Associates degree preferred
