Caribou, ME – FT/Days – Permanent Opportunity

Job Description:

Immediate openings for Bag Catchers to work for a well-established business in Caribou. Great entry-level position for workers that like to stay active; no previous experience required. Full-time/Days; 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday. $16.00/hr.

The Bag Catcher will retrieve materials coming off the production line and sort items on to pallets for warehouse storage. Employees may also assist the production team as needed. Must be able to move/lift up to 40 lbs. and be comfortable walking, standing, and crouching on concrete floors.

Responsibilities:
 

• Move/lift products coming off an assembly line and organize them for storage and/or shipment.
• Use pallet jacks and forklifts to move products and materials around the facility as needed, established safety guidelines.
• Perform light cleaning duties to keep the facility safe and presentable.
• Assist production team as requested by site supervisor.

Job Requirements:
 

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Good communication skills - must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions as needed.

Schedule: Full-time/Days; 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
Pay: $16.00/hr.
