Are you passionate about helping others overcome barriers to employment? Do you have experience navigating workforce challenges and want to use that knowledge to support others? EMDC is seeking a Workforce Support Specialist to assist individuals impacted by employment barriers, opioid use disorder (OUD), or justice involvement. You'll provide guidance, encouragement, and connections to essential resources like training, job placement, and support services. If you believe in second chances and want to make a real difference, this role is for you!

📍 What You’ll Do:

• Assist individuals in finding employment, training, and supportive services
• Connect people with housing, transportation, and community resources
• Conduct outreach and presentations to increase awareness of workforce services
• Provide ongoing support and advocacy to help individuals succeed
• Be a key part of an incredible team dedicated to workforce development
• Candidates should be available to work in-person and be willing to travel to various in-state locations.
