Job Description

Physical Therapist – Join a dedicated and exciting team, working in a progressive, supportive, home health care environment. Assessment, planning, and provision of appropriate services as part of total care plan. Physical therapist will provide professional physical therapy services in the patient’s home, school, or residential facility in accordance with physician’s orders and agency policies and procedures. Provides consultant physical therapy services when appropriate. Must have a Bachelor of Science degree and graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy. One year or clinical experience preferred with rehabilitation and/or home health experience ideal. Must hold a State of Maine physical therapist license. Must hold or be able to earn a BLS certification. Must possess a valid State of Maine driver’s license and reliable means of transportation.

Physical Therapy Assistant – Will carry out established physical therapy programs under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Must possess a valid State of Maine driver’s license and a reliable means of transportation with a minimum of $100,000/$300,000 auto liability insurance. Must hold or be able to earn CPR certification.
