Home, Hope & Healing has a new full-time opening for a Client Scheduling Representative working out of our central office in Smithfield. Primary responsibilities:
- Ensures positive customer service and accurate, thorough, and timely communication in all interactions with the care team.
- Coordinates schedules for new and existing clients and field staff to ensure schedules are within the client’s authorization to receive payment.
- Collaborates with the care team to place staff and clients with the right fit.
- Troubleshoots scheduling conflicts and issues with clients and staff.
- Engages in problem solving in collaboration with the care team and managers.
- Rotates after-hours On Call phone coverage with others (minimum of twice a month).
