Job Description
Summary
Schedule: 40 hours including weekends
The Administrative Support Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions to support an office and/or multiple teams.
Job responsibilities include:
Monitors Epic bed board Organizing and prioritizing requests for patient care items
Data collection
Customer service
Answering incoming calls, dispatch
This role requires strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications: N/A
Experience: Minimum of 12 months' customer service experience required. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
Ability to sort and file accurately.
Ability to type routine correspondence, forms, reports, etc.
