Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Power Apps Builderto join a dedicatedteam in support of our nation’s Veterans within the Department of Veterans Affairs. This team is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Privacy and Risk Assessment dashboards improving the compliance business processes. The ideal candidate has expertise in Power App, Power Automate, Microsoft SQL and Azure Data Verse.This position will be located in the USA and will be a fully remote, full-time position.
Responsibilities
+ Design, develop and deploy enterprise-level Power Apps solutions.
+ Architect Power solutions that map business requirements to Power functionality.
+ Create, test and deploy Power Apps solutions with advanced functionality and delegation from the development to production environments.
+ Utilize SharePoint lists as connection references in relational data scenarios.
+ Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle
+ Administer Power environments, including tenant and user security.
+ Manage Power solution release process and migrate solutions between environments.
+ Troubleshoot and enhance existing Power Apps solutions with additional functionality.
+ Collaborate with business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions utilizing the software development lifecycle.
+ Ensure compliance and best practices such as 508 UX design standards and NIST security requirements.
+ Maintain knowledge of current and emerging Power Platform capabilities and best practices.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
+ Bachelor’s with 5 + (or commensurate experience)
+ Proven experience as an Enterprise Power Apps Builder.
+ Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL and Data Verse.
+ Familiarity with Power BI and report building.
+ Hands-on experience creating, testing and deploying Power Apps solutions
+ Advanced knowledge of Power App functions and delegation.
+ Experience using SharePoint Lists as connection references in relational data scenarios.
+ Knowledge of Power environment administration, including tenant and user security.
+ Familiarity with SharePoint administration and list management.
+ Ability to architect Power solutions and map business requirements to Power functionality.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and enhance existing Power Apps solutions with additional functionality.
+ Experience migrating Power solutions between environments using solutions.
Clearance Required: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Suitability.

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Posted Salary Range
USD $105,000.00 – USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
